Forgive us, we are still building our web site. We have almost every brand available from color to style. We are more than happy to offer pricing & availability requests.    Building or Remodeling?
 
If you are building a new home or remodeling we can provide all your plumbing and fixture needs. From the pipe under the ground to the faucet used after a hard days work.  We are your one stop. Call to see if you qualify for special pricing.
 
 
 
 
 
 


   Pricing and Availability

We make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 1 to 48 hours. We do not ship orders on the weekends or holidays. We notify customers of backorders and out of stock items via email. Customers are notified of any order issues within one business day. Items shipped by FedEx Ground may take longer, depending on your location. Special and custom orders may also take longer to process. Ask our customer service representatives for shipping details when you place your order. Prices for each product are listed.
 
 
 
 


   Order Cancellation

 In the case you need to cancel your order, you will not be charged a re-stocking fee.  However, we do make every effort to get your order to ship within 1-2 hours of your order. So please contact us immediately if you want to cancel your order. Otherwise the standard return policy applies and you will be responsible for the shipping back to the warehouse.



   Pricing Errors

 
We are human. There might be incorrect pricing. We do make every effort possible to assure this will not happen. Plumbing Fixture Supply will not honor incorrect pricing. If an error is found, we will inform the customer of the error before we ship it out. At that point the customer has the choice to purchase the item at the correct price. If it was already shipped out, the customer has the choice to purchase it at the correct price or to return that item in question with no shipping cost to them. We can not be held responsible for transportation, labor, fuel, or any other cost incurred in returning the item. When returning the item in question the return policy is in effect.



   Defective Items

We will gladly help you with any defective item that you may receive.  In the event of a defective item, our staff will be glad to contact the manufacturer for you, to initiate the return and replacement of your defective item. In some cases the items must be sent back to the manufacturer’s distributor. If this is the case, we will ship you out new items and accept the return of your defective item. Defective items are not charged a re-stocking fee.
